Calysp, among many other leaders and experts, believes that planning is a critical component of GREAT management and governance. A plan can keep you relevant, responsive and on track with your goals and needs. The strategic plan will help you visualize, contribute, and organize the stability and growth of your small business, organization, or government. A good plan can get you started; a GREAT plan provides a basis for monitoring progress, and assessing results and impacts.

My process follows five simple steps:
